The club would like to thank you for your continued support of our lotto programme.
The lotto programme is very important in helping to provide much needed finance for club administration & affiliation, club facility enhancement and maintenance, and many other day-to-day club finance requirements.
The costs of running a GAA club have increased exponentially over the years and we need the lotto programme to be a success in order to be able to continue to provide our much valued service to the community.
Local Gaa clubs & especially in rural Ireland play such an important role as a focal point of the community, bringing pride and joy to the area.
We encourage all of our friends and supporters to play the Drumkeerin GAA Club fundraising lottery.
We hope that we can all work together to promote this lotto, and in doing so to help to get back in touch with all friends of the club now living abroad or in other areas of Ireland.
The lotto jackpot was last won on July 12th 2008 by Tommy Rooney, proprietor of the Cosy Corner Bar Drumkeerin.
Tommy's daughter Claire chose the numbers 5, 10, 15, and 18 and they were the lucky ones. The Lotto win amounted to €8,390.
Once again to all those who play or have played our lotto programme, sell or sponsor tickets, & help to organise draw's, Your continued support is very much appreciated and we wish you good luck in future draws.
