Ladies Football

After a gap of a number of years, 2010 seen the ladies team reforming and entering Adult Football at Junior B Championship final. The ladies team went on to win the championship after an epic battle against Aughnasheelin. The following photo shows joint captains Lauraine Walpole and Breda Travers celebrating the championship victory.

The club have been very successful at underage ladies football over the past number of years and a bright future exists for ladies football within the Drumkeerin club.
